Sounds, Science and Technology

Sounds, Science and Technology is a program organized in collaboration with the Observatori de la Comunicació Científica of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. The program is part of the project Sounds of Barcelona and aims to train 300 high school students and 15 teachers between January and April 2013 by participating in workshops around the sound, technology, perception and neuroscience.

On January 23rd Music Technology Group researchers Agustín Martorell and Emilia Gómez will give a workshop for the teachers of the schools participating in the program. Students will participate in the coming months in a series of workshops in which they will recreate different sound fictions.
